NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Boards of Directors of the Forest Lakes Metropolitan District and Piñon Pines Metropolitan District Nos. 2 – 3 may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the Districts’ residents and property owners within or outside the boundaries of the Districts. Such action is being considered by the Boards of Directors of the Districts at a regular meeting of the Boards scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023, at 2138 Flying Horse Club Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado and virtually.
